Background:

My name is Holger Walprecht, and I have been the registered Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CollaborateTogether And Invest GmbH (CTI GmbH) since 2023. With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in development, production and strategic project management, I am passionate about bringing innovative technologies and projects to market maturity. My focus is on the development of high-quality, future-oriented products that offer sustainable added value for our customers.

In my career, I have built up extensive knowledge in the areas of powertrain systems, Industry 4.0, corporate management and interdisciplinary project management. Working with leading industry experts and international partners has given me a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of modern industries. Since September 10, 2029, I have also been President of the International Institute of Business Enterprises e.V. (IIB). In this role, I support projects relating to Industry 4.0 in collaboration with renowned institutions such as the Fraunhofer Institute, the Helmholtz Association and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

My professional philosophy is characterized by the values of continuous improvement and lifelong learning. These principles are also reflected in the corporate culture of CTI GmbH. Together with our customers and partners, we strive to develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what was previously possible. The path to founding the company began with a shared vision of my nephew and business partner Jan Walprecht and myself to build a company that connects networks in a meaningful way in order to jointly develop innovative and sustainable projects to market maturity and market them successfully.

CTI GmbH was founded out of the desire to network and support companies that are also interested in future-proof growth and sustainable development. Our mission is to act not only as a service provider, but also as a long-term, trustworthy partner offering technical and strategic support to develop innovative ideas through to series production and successfully market them through an excellent sales structure.
